Makai is a 7'5 foot tall male his eyes are blood red with black snake like slits inside for pupils. His skin is pale white, whiter than even snow. He has an athletic build but with broad shoulders and muscle but not to much. He has numerous tattoos across his body along with scars and burns. His entire body is covered in a large number of scars made from numerous bladed weapons, he has scars from whips along with burn marks that never healed. His hair is pitch black and spiked reachin his ankles when let down but he wears it in a high ponytail so it reaches mid back Makai wears a long black battle robe that covers his hands. He has a long black high collared cloak over the top. He wears a black fedora hat with a scratched Kiri Hitai-ite around his forehead. he wears long black trousers. He carries his three scythes across his back to help for endurance, speed and strength training. On his right hand he wears four rings each with the cloud, storm, mist or thunder symbol on them for controlling his flames. He carries numerous hidden weapons on his body hidden in box weapons all used for assassination. Personality:Makai Kasai is a very calm and collected individual. Makai's face is always in a nutreal position making it impossible to read his movements. He speaks in a monotone voice prefering not to show any sort of emotion. He enjoys being by himself and dislikes noise. makai can switch from his cold nature to a violent one when he is disturbed by loud noise. he dispises crowds and prefers to be by himself. He'll take to the shadows when it comes to killing or fighting. He enjoys confusing his opponents with Illusions to destract them before he finishes them off with a close kill or long range kill. Makai also prefers to exhaust his opponent and will generally stay five steps ahead of them making them think that they have him yet in the end it is he who has them in his trap. He will not speak very often in battle only when it is needed. Name: Kaminari honryū (Lightning Torrent)
Description: The Kaminari honryū is a technique created by Makai. he will channel his thunder into his hand and holds his fingers out releasing ten bolts of lightning that will shoot forward towards his opponent. Once the lightning strikes it will course through his opponents body giving them a harsh electrical shock
Name: Kaminari o seifuku suru (lightning)
Description: Makai will encase his entire right arm up to his shoulder in a large electrical storm of thunder flames. The thunder flames used becomes visibile as it shapes into a large sword at the end of his hand large spikes of lightning sprouting from his shoulder. He will shot forward at high speed in an attemp to ram the blade of lightning right through his targets chest., When it strikes the lightning will travell down his arm and run through his opponents body
Name: Reijingu Boruto (Raging Bolt)
Description: Makai will clap his palms together and shoot a large bolt of lightning up into the sky. The bolt will come rocketing down aimed at its target to pierce right through them. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential.
Name: Kaminari Den (Lightning Palace)
Description: The Kaminari Den is a technique created by Makai. He will create twelve orbs made entirely of high voltage electricty with his thunder flamesand control them in a range of thirty metres. The orbs can move freely and fire multiple bolt of lightning at Makai's opponents. He can even have the orbs surrounded his opponent and shoot a high powered bolt of lightning to give his enemies a rather nasty electric shock to the point it kills them from the high voltage
Name: Rairyuu Uchiwake-ken ( lightning Dragons Break down Fist)
Description: Makai will encase one of his hands in thunder flames forming a massive fist made of electricity. The fist will shoot forward to pummel or stun Makai's opponent/
Name: Rairyū Hōtengeki (Lightning Dragons Heavenward Halberd)
Description: Makai will clap his hands together generating thunder flames between his hands. The Thunder flames will come together as makai extends his hands away from one another forming a long halberd made of thunder flames, makai will grasp the halberd and toss it at his enemy. The halberd will be able to pierce his opponents killing them if the halberd hits the right area
Name: Hihan kaminari (Judgemental Lightning)
Description: The Hihan Kaminari is a more advanced version of the Kaminari o seifuku suru (conquering lightning). Makai will channell his thunder flames into his right arm. The electricty used will seem to spin around his arm as spikes erupted from his shoulder lightning shoot off into the air. The lightning at his finger tips will form five edged blades erupted from each finger tip but the blades will be facing up at his shoulder. He will dash forward lightning erupting from the spikes on his shoulder giving him more momentum as he moves forward. The aim to implant his hand into his opponents body. The blades will then slid down the momvent his strikes to tear through his opponents flesh to cause even more damage as they are encased by lightning for a devasating shock
Name: Kaminari hōden (Lightning Discharge)
Description: If Makai is struck by a Thunder flames or lightning He can bring all that lightning and thunder flames energy to one of his hands and then send it right back at his opponent with all the force and more added to it.

Name: Burakku wa, gensō no bara (Black Rose Illusion)
Description: A low class ilussion that when used the caster will burst into a large number of black rose petals when they are struck. The petals will spiral around the area.
Name: Burakku wa, gensō no bara: Shawā o abite (Black Rose Illusion: Shower)
Description: Once the black rose illusion has been casted as the caster bursts into petals the petals will rapidly multiple. The mass of black rose petals will spiral around the enemy and wash over them consuming them in petals. In the storm of petals the caster will appear to kill then.
Name: Budou no ki no hayashi (Forestry of Vines)
Description: When this genjutsu is casted numerous vines will shoot up from the ground intended to wrap around the enemy to bind them. Vines will continue to grow from the ground grabbing what they can and in turn creating a large forest of vines.
Name: Hana: Burakku wa, gensō no bara (Black Rose Illusion: Flower)
Description: After the black rose illusion Makai will use his mist flames to make it was if a stem will grow up from the ground wrapping around any intend targets. The stem will open up revealing it tobe a black rose flower. The caster will grow out of the flower to decapitate anyone caught inside.
Name: Magen: Tenbatsu e jigoku (Demonic Illusion: Damnation into Hell)
Description:The damnation into Hell is an illusion created by Makai Kasai using his mist flames. When he locks eyes with his enemy he well use the illusioin. Once caught inside his enemy will find themselves standing in a large underground cavern with a river of lava beside them. Appearing behind them will be the appearance of the SHinigami itself. They will find themselves being tied down to a stone slab and lava being poured onto them scolding them. There injuries healing instantly only for it to happen over and over until they break it. This gives makai the chance to kill them. THis is one of his stroinger techniques and his best

Description: using the cloud flames Reproduction and growth ability Makai is able to rapidly increase the length of his chains beyond there maximum length by engulfing his chain in cloud flames to rapidly reproduce more chain pieces increase his scythes range

Name: Tempesta De Bolide (Storm Fireball)
Description: Using his storm flames Makai will generate them in his lungs and bring them up to his mouth and expell a large jet of red storm flames from his mouth that turn into a large fireball. Thanks to the storm flames disintegration ability any flames caught in the attack will be disintegration
Name:Tempesta mano (Storm Fist)
Description: makai will activate his storm flames and engulf one of his arms in storm flames. he will run forward to deliver a powerful punch with his storm flame enhanced fist
Name: Tempesta getto (Storm Jet)
Description: Makai will activate his storm flames and breath channelling the storm flames into his body before expelling a large jet of storm flames from his mouth
Name: Tempesta spada (Storm Sword)
Description: Makai will activate his storm ring encasing it in bright red storm flames. From there he can generate the storm flames creating a long sword made entirely of sword flames
Name: Fencie de Tempesta (Storm Phoenix)
Description: Makai will activate his storm flames and raised his right hand. The flames will shoot from his storm ring taking the shape of a large phoenix. The bird of storm flames will fly through the air and towards his opponent
History: Pre Hitman Arc - Spoiler:
Makai had been born into the VOngola family like the rest of his family. Makai was suppose to be raised to help guard the next head of the family. Not as a guardian but as one of his subdordinates. Makai was constantly trained as a young child pushed to his limits by his father who wanted for his son to aim high. Makai though never really thought much about getting high in the mafia all he wanted was a nice peaceful life. But as a child he did as he was told constantly studying and training never playing with the other children never being aloud to play with the children. He found himself constantly being told by his father that he was worthless if he didn't achieve well in the mafia. Makai's life changed as froma young age his emotions had been sealed up never aloud to experience anything to make him happy, angry, sad or anything else so he didn't often know how to act around others putting up a fake smile. Makai took interest in the scythe the only thing that gave him any sign of being happy. He taught himself self defence from a young age as hew as constantly picked on by the other children for being different only for him to beat them to a pulp the moment they tried to hit him. From the day he was born he was practicaly raised to be a killer.
On Makai's 10th birthday he was shown how to use his flame. For some reason makai had four flames instead of one he had Thunder, Cloud, Mist and Storm. From his families tree these four flames manifested once every 100 years in his families blood.
Hitman Arc - Spoiler:
At the age of 12 Makai was given his first task as a hitman to hunt down and kill the boss of an enemy family. At the time Makai had already learnt to use a single scythe. he crept through the families head quarters and killed his target while he slept and left with his ring wearing it as his own to help conduct his thunder flames. seeing as the boss he killed used thunder flames. Makai continued to grow as a hitman his name becoming known far and wide as he performed multiple assassinations for the vongola from the age of 12 to the age of 20. Though makai began to grow bored in VOngola he found himself thinking he could do better on his own so on one night he broke away from the vongola heading off becoming a Hitman for hire working jobs even against the vongola
Hitman for hire Arc - Spoiler:
Six years has pasted since Makai left the vongola having trained himself to use all his four flames and becoming powerful on his own mastering the art of using three scythes in combat. He had earned himselves many names and taken otu many targets from political parties, to rival mafia gangs and many more targets becoming known in the under world as the greatest assassin in the mafia world. His skills constantly being hired for usage.

Name: Desusaizu
Ability/Description:. Chakra extending chain and chakra conducting blades
Appearance: A large 7'5 foot scythe with a blade on each side back to back. The blades are around 5 foot long are and crmson red. The handle it pitch black. Both the handles and blades are made of chakra conductiing metal and titanium the strongest metal making this blade improbable to break but not impossible. A long 10 metre chakra conducting chain is attached to the end of the scythe. The chains are also made of titanium to help throw the scythe without breaking the chain. When chakra is channelled through the chain the chain segments will split apart and be connected by strong chakra threads to increase the chains range doubling it to 20 metres instead of 10

Name: Jigoku no shinzoku (Hells Kin)
Ability/Description: Jigoku no Shinzoku has the ability to enhance illusions making them much harder to break then usual. Flames can be channeled through the blade. Flames extending chain from 15 metres to 25

Appearance: The scythe is 7 foot long the handle pitch black with a bojne like design wrapped around its edge. A skull at the top with a blade coming out the back of the skull. Attached to the end of the scythe is a long black 15 metre chain. The chain is able to extend up to 25 metres with flames.
History:
The jigoku no Shinzoku is a scythe that legend says was forged in the very fires of hell and was thrown into the land of humans. Its blade forged of the finest metals hell had to offer. A metal that would not break. The handle made of the exact same metal. The scythe was sent up to the world of humans to bring chaos as it is said that part of the devils very soul was placed in the scythe to bring chaos and destruction. Every wielder that has had the blade has said to have gone on murderous rampages going crazy killing without rest never stopping to eat or sleep just killing without any reason to everyone that crossed them without rest.
It is said the scythe has a mind of its own.

Ability/Description: Chakra conducting and extending chain, chakra conducting blade
Appearance:
The tenbatsu is a 6'5 foot long scythe. The blade and handle pitch black. A 10 metre long chain wrapped around its length. The entire scythe along with its chain are made of titanium fused with a flame conducting metal. The metal allows for Makai's flames to be channelled through. The sides of the chains can disconnect and be held together by strings of flames to increase the chains length up to 30 metres three times its normal length
